Edward Lin

Program Administrator and Director

Edward brings a strong background in education and school leadership, with seven years of experience teaching at the high school level and over two decades of experience serving in children and youth ministry within the church. He led the preschool through the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring continuity of learning, clear communication with families, and compliance with health and licensing requirements. Edward is committed to fostering a safe, well-organized, and nurturing school environment and values close partnership with teachers and families to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development.


Ling Tsao

Eagle Teacher

Ms. Ling brings over nine years of experience in preschool and kindergarten education, with a background in both Montessori and Chinese educational settings. As the lead teacher for the Eagle program, she is highly skilled in maintaining a structured and orderly classroom while intentionally building strong academic foundations for her students. Ms. Ling is dedicated to helping children grow in confidence, independence, and readiness for the next stage of their educational journey.


Jan Fan

LION Teacher

Ms. Jan brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education, having worked in a variety of Montessori preschools as well as a Hebrew school. As the lead teacher for the Lion program, she is especially attentive to the individual needs of each child and is deeply committed to creating a warm, inclusive classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Ms. Jan’s thoughtful and caring approach helps children thrive both academically and socially.


Alson Hsu

LAMB Teacher

Ms. Alson has been a central part of our preschool since its founding, having served in both teaching and leadership roles throughout the school’s history. A Montessori-certified educator with over a decade of experience as both a teacher and director, she now serves as the lead teacher for the Lamb class. Ms. Alson is deeply committed to professional growth and brings high expectations, thoughtful guidance, and a strong passion for learning into her classroom, providing a nurturing and enriching environment for her young students.
